Volodymyr Paslavskyi has made a career out of his extraordinary passion for helping people achieving their goals in public domains.

He regularly advises clients and partners on important political, social, and economic questions. Appreciated for his insightful advice and experience acquired in politics and the media, Volodymyr is a perceptive strategic advisor to organizations, corporations, associations and professionals.

With nearly one decades of working experience in provincial and federal politics, Volodymyr combines this experience with tactical and strategic counsel in a significant and concise manner.

Volodymyr’s educational background is in public administration, policy and political science. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and economics from York University and a Master of Public Administration, Policy and Law from York University, too.

Marina Arden is a highly skilled and passionate member of YPSWA board.  She specializes in legal and paralegal matters.  As a member of Association of Canadian Court Administrators (ACCA) she is extremely knowledgeable about administrative law and brings in a valuable experience in public management.

Her experience in working as a community outreach worker in the not-for-profit sector gives her additional understanding what is needed in order to build a strong community and what people on the ground really feel when they are faced with challenges.  Marina’s passionate approach provides greater insight into what YPSWA can do to fulfill its mandate.

Marina lives and works in Toronto.  Her favourite saying is “nothing is impossible” and with this confidence she attempts to make the world a better place for us all.

Taras Paslavskyi has exceptional project management and communications skills earned through more than twelve years of experience working on community and grass-roots issues, with federal and provincial governments and consulting for charities, non-for-profit associations, churches, education and research organizations.

His strong organizational skills and political insight enabled Taras to consult senior positions within the Government of Ukraine and Canada, and lead a liberal and pro-West think-tank in Kharkiv, Ukraine from 2000 to 2007. During his work for the think-tank and with the Government of Ukraine, Taras established a strong network of businesses interested in foreign investments and expansion of their markets overseas. He was also the senior project manager of organizing and running political, business and educational conferences in Ukraine.

Building on his extensive service delivery experience, and public and government relations work in Canada and abroad, Taras joined Providence Group in 2010.

Taras has provided management advice, communications and issue management services to trade and professional associations in Canada and Ukraine.

Taras holds M.Div. from Providence University College and Certificate of economics from Lviv University.

Alla Alekseyeva is a young professional, coming from the sales and marketing sector.  Her hands-on-experience and insight into the business environment have enabled her to be an industry visionary and leading force behind the Young Professionals and Skilled Workers Association.

With many years of experience in sales and marketing sector, Alla brings her expertise in corporate audits, performance management and tracking systems as well as prepare daily reports on progress.  Alla is also a corporate compliance expert.

Alla lives and works in Etobicoke.  Due to her commitment and determination, Alla is not afraid to roll up her sleeves and get to the bottom of any issue.
