Registration fees to exhibit in the trade show are non-refundable and must be paid in full to participate in the Multicultural Fair B2B and Trade Show.

Fees below do not include GST/HST. But different fees are suited for different types of organizations to accommodate their unique qualities and capabilities.

Early bird registration fees are:

$100.00 – Small and Medium Enterprise

$300.00 – Large Companies (Budget over $100M)

$100.00 – Not-for-profit Organization

$50.00 – Artist/band (1 small stand with 1 stool)*

$100.00 – Government

If the amounts due are not paid in full by 15 February 2017, the organizers shall have the right to cancel registration.

*Small stands are not exclusive only for artists or bands, but are open to other vendors.

All registration fees include:

• 1 standard counter-top & 2 stools;
• Or 1 small with small stool;
• Carpeting;
• Exhibitor passes;
• Organization’s profile on YPSWA’s B2B website;
• Presentation of your organization to participants and visitors;
• Cultural performances;
• Seminars, workshops, B2B;
• Refreshment breaks;
• Not included: electricity.

Walk-in visitors can attend the Fair for free.
